1. Agreement to Terms
These Enterprise Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you—whether acting as an individual student, parent, or authorized institutional representative—and IT Olympiads ("Company").
By provisioning an account or accessing our cloud-based examination portals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Management & Institutional Liability
Accounts generated on our platform fall into two categories: Individual Accounts and Institutional Accounts (Schools).
- Individual Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your credentials. Sharing account access with third parties is a material breach of this contract.
- Institutional Responsibility: Schools managing bulk student enrollments act as fiduciaries. The institution is responsible for verifying the identity of its students and ensuring all entered data is accurate prior to examination commencement.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
All proprietary algorithms, platform source code, testing interfaces, and crucially, the examination question banks, represent the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Strict Prohibition on IP Exfiltration
Attempting to screenshot, copy, screen-record, or otherwise exfiltrate examination questions is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate termination of the examination session, academic disqualification, and potential legal remedy for copyright infringement.
4. Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity
The prestige of our Olympiads relies entirely on the unimpeachable integrity of our results. You agree to strictly adhere to the following code during any live assessment:
- No external assistance (human or AI-based) may be utilized.
- Secondary devices (phones, tablets) must not be in the vicinity of the testing workstation.
- No unauthorized browser extensions or virtual machines may run concurrently with the testing environment.
5. AI Proctoring & Monitoring
By taking an examination, you consent to our deployment of advanced proctoring technologies. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Behavioral Telemetry: Monitoring keystroke dynamics, mouse movements, and browser focus states.
- Audio-Visual Proctoring: Utilizing your webcam and microphone (where explicitly authorized) to detect unauthorized presence or prohibited materials.
- Network Analysis: Scanning for unauthorized VPNs, proxies, or restricted IP subnets.
The AI flagging system provides a probabilistic integrity score. Final disqualification determinations are reviewed by our human academic panel.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For institutional clients, we guarantee an examination portal uptime of 99.9% during scheduled bulk-testing windows. In the rare event of a catastrophic infrastructure failure originating from our servers that prevents examination completion, affected candidates will be offered a complimentary re-test slot within 14 business days.
Note: This SLA does not cover disruptions caused by the end-user's local ISP outages, hardware failure, or insufficient bandwidth.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of academic standing, reputation, or anticipated scholarships resulting from your use of the platform.
